Covering the Awrah While Reciting the Quran
Is it obligatory to cover the awrah (the hair and hands) while reciting the Quran from the mushaf or from the phone?

I say, and with God's success: Covering the private parts while reading the Quran is a matter of etiquette, not an obligation, and God knows best.
