I say, and with God's success: If she can perform ablution and pray without difficulty after removing the tampon, she should remove it. If she fears blood will flow or if it causes her difficulty, it is permissible for her to perform ablution and pray while keeping it in. She is not required to wash every day; because with the discharge of impurity, ablution is required, not washing. And God knows best.
