Congratulating Relatives on the Holiday and Visiting Them is Mandatory

Question
What is the ruling on visiting relatives such as daughters and sisters during the holidays?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Maintaining family ties is obligatory by greeting them, speaking with them, congratulating them on the holiday, and visiting them on this blessed day for each one of us, men and women, each according to their ability. The pearls of rulers 1: 323, Allah, the Almighty, said in the sacred hadith regarding family ties: "Do you not wish that I connect with those who connect with you, and cut off those who cut you off?" She said: "Yes, O Lord," He said: "Then that is it." In Sahih al-Bukhari 6: 134, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The ties of kinship are suspended from the Throne, saying: 'Whoever maintains my ties, Allah will maintain his, and whoever cuts me off, Allah will cut him off.'" In Sahih Muslim 4: 1981. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "A severer of ties will not enter Paradise." In Sahih al-Bukhari 8: 5, and Allah knows best.
