I say, and with God's help: The face and hands are not considered 'awrah (parts of the body that should be covered), but they should be covered to avoid temptation. The hijab must cover the entire body except for the face and hands, and it should not be tailored to the body parts, nor should it be tempting in its shape or color. And God knows best.
