I say, and with God's success: The aqeeqah is an act of devotion for the sake of Allah, so it is permissible to do with it whatever you wish in terms of feeding, eating, or distributing. It is permissible to slaughter it during the Eid al-Adha with the intention of aqeeqah without associating it with another intention; it is not restricted to a specific time, as it is an act of devotion like other acts of devotion, and there are no specific conditions required for it.
