Conditions for Following the Imam
A lady says that she can hear the complete prayer from a nearby mosque clearly from her home, and she prays with them at home. Is it permissible for her to intend to pray with the imam from inside her house?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Her prayer does not count as a congregation due to the difference in location; it must be in the mosque for her prayer to be valid. And God knows best.
