Conditioning the Wife on Her Husband Not to Return His First Wife
Is it permissible to condition the husband in the marriage contract not to return his previous wife to his marital obligations?
Answer
I say, and may Allah grant success: All conditions in the marriage contract are invalid and have no value, and they are not binding on the husband and are considered null and void. And Allah knows best.
