Conditional Marriage Without Coitus

Question
A woman who has been divorced for seven years, has a daughter, lives with her family, and does not wish to live with them due to many problems, has agreed with her sick ex-husband to marry. She will rent a house, and all the expenses of the house will be on her until she leaves her family's house, on the condition that there will be no cohabitation between them because he is sick. Is this agreement sinful? What is the ruling on marriage in this case?
Answer

I say, and with God's help: These conditions are not considered in marriage; because conditions in marriage are regarded as void, and he is obligated to provide for her and give her housing, and he has the right to consummate the marriage with her because she is his wife. However, if the wife prefers to assist with the expenses and housing for the husband and he accepts that, it is permissible. And God knows best.
