Is it a requirement for me to be poor in order to take from the lost property that no one has inquired about?

I say, and with God's help: A poor person is one who does not possess the minimum threshold of deprivation, which is 100 grams of gold or its equivalent beyond their basic needs. If you are not poor, you should give the found item in charity to a poor person, and God knows best.
