Condition for Exiting Ihram

Question
What is the condition for exiting Ihram?
Answer
It is a condition for exiting the state of Ihram to shave or shorten the hair at the appropriate time, unless it becomes impossible, such as when there is no one to shave or a tool is unavailable if there is a reason in the head. In this case, the release from Ihram is valid without any requirement for blood or charity, except in the case of refusal, where one exits the Ihram without shaving or any alternative. Likewise, if one makes his wife permissible by committing the prohibitions of Ihram, such as sexual intercourse or using perfume, he exits the Ihram without shaving or shortening due to that prohibited act.
