Question
I am a dentist and a patient comes to me for treatment, and the cost of their treatment is, for example, (2000) dinars. They pay it by card, and the bank will finance the amount over a year. I, as the doctor, pay the bank's commission, meaning the patient pays (1800) in installments and (200) dinars are paid by the doctor to the bank. What is the ruling on this?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible according to Sharia based on the contract between you and the bank, and your contract with the bank is (1800) D, and the bank sells it for (2000) D in installments, so it is permissible, and God knows best.
