I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible to combine the intention of two acts of worship, whether it is a sacrifice with aaqiqah or obligatory fasting with voluntary fasting, meaning such a combination is not valid, and it will be fulfilled for the stronger of the two, and God knows best.
