Combining Prayers for a Valid Excuse
Is it permissible to combine the Asr prayer with the Dhuhr or the Isha prayer with the Maghrib if one cannot pray at its time, but without traveling? That is, in the place of residence!

I say, and with God's success: It is forbidden to delay the prayer beyond its time, and whoever delays it must make it up before the next prayer, and God knows best.
