I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to deliver zakat through an account number; because it is owned by the one to whom it was paid in this way. As for the expiation of an oath, it must be paid to ten needy people, and if something from the Eid al-Fitr charity is added to each needy person's share, it is permissible. And God knows best.
