Circumventing the State to Obtain Residency
A man works in Sweden and due to COVID-19, the state approved an amount to help workers. This man has a registered partner in the state under the name of a worker to obtain residency, but the man did not give the worker the money. Is his action permissible or forbidden?

I say, and with God's help: If it is not a real worker but rather a nominal one, he has no right to the money, and God knows best.
