Children's Play Games

Question
It is known that games are not permissible in the Hanafi school of thought due to their frivolous nature. But if we leave children below the age of puberty to play with games like Monopoly and Snakes and Ladders, which involve dice, or with games available on the phone, is that permissible, especially since they are not accountable?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is better to raise young children without giving them a phone so they do not get used to it, which then affects their lives, and it exceeds the rights of the young in the games you mentioned; because their lives are built on play and amusement, and it is preferable to engage in more beneficial games for them, and God knows best.
