I say, and with God's help: Chewing gum is disliked for men if it has no flavor, whether in Ramadan or otherwise; due to its resemblance to women. It is not disliked for women outside of Ramadan unless they are in front of non-mahram men, unlike Ramadan, where it is disliked for them due to its similarity to those who break their fast.
