Cheating During the Exam
A student says that she does not cheat, but during one of her tests, she ran out of time, and her test was in English. She would copy the question and see its translation to understand what it was asking, then she would solve it. Does her translation of the question count as cheating, and what are the consequences?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Knowing the question is part of the exam in appearance, so it is a kind of cheating, and one should seek forgiveness for it and not return to such an act again, and God knows best.
