Question
If a person has usurped something from someone, is it permissible for the one from whom it was usurped to give that money as charity to the usurper?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible for the usurper to give charity to the one from whom he usurped, especially if he is in need of it, and if giving charity to him does not aid him in wrongdoing. And God knows best.
