Changing Work Hours Without Employee's Permission
A nurse whose shifts at the health center are in shifts, she and her group agreed that each one would work two days a week so that there would be complete coverage for the days of the week. Is her salary considered haram?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: They must adhere to the work system. If what they did is contrary to it and is not approved by the one responsible for them, then they are sinful for that, and God knows best.
