Changing the Will

Question
My aunt bequeathed a part of her land to be used as a kindergarten for children, and it is a piece far from the street that requires a long path from the land I inherited. Is it permissible to choose another location, even if it is a larger area than the piece she chose, with the consent of the heirs to facilitate access to the kindergarten and ease for the heirs?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: After her death, her property becomes for the heirs, and they have the right to do what they see fit with it, including donating another piece of land for the garden. And God knows best.
