Changing the Seller's Expiration Date

Question
My brother asks a worker in one of the stores about the expiration date, and the worker says that the employer orders him to put a sticker on the goods that have a new expiration date. For example, let's assume this box expires on (1/2/2021), the shop owner changes this date to a new date on the box of (2/1/2023), and the employer claims that these goods, after the product's expiration, are originally used for five years from the producing country, and he also claims that the consuming country sets this date for only two years. Is this permissible?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: this is forgery, and it is not permissible for an employee or an employer to do it, and God knows best.
