Calculating the Waiting Period after Death
My husband passed away on the 27th of Rajab last month, when does my waiting period end? I know it is four months and ten days, but I want to confirm the exact date?

I say, and with God's help: Her waiting period ends after counting four lunar months from the day of his death and adding ten days to it. So we look from the 27th of Rajab to the 27th of Dhul-Qi'dah, which is four months, and we add ten days to it. And God knows best.
