When a homeowner is unable to complete the payment for the house to the banks, they sell the house at auctions that may reach half of its original price. What is the ruling on purchasing these properties?

I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to buy at auctions as long as there is no deception of others, and the bidding is honest, and God knows best.
