Buying an Apartment Through a Usurious Bank in Europe
Is it permissible to buy an apartment from a usurious bank in a European country for someone who has a sum of money as a down payment and is poor and cannot afford to pay monthly rent, and buying the apartment is easier for him than paying the monthly rent?

I say, and with God's help: It is forbidden to buy an apartment through usury, even in Western countries, and what you mentioned is not an excuse for that. If you consult the scholars of fatwa in your country, perhaps they have a way out, and God knows best.
