Buying an Apartment from Someone Who Purchased It Through a Usurious Bank
I bought one-third of an apartment from a person who had purchased this apartment through the bank, and he will take the money to pay off the remaining amount for the apartment. Do I have any sin?

I say, and with God's success: Your contract is permissible and does not involve usury, but the sin is on whoever enters into a usurious contract with the bank, and God knows best.
