What is the ruling on purchasing a game from the internet, which is a box containing items for a specific game, has no intrinsic value, and is bought using a credit card, possibly costing a dinar or more, and results in certain profits from the game? Does this fall under gambling or not?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: this is a form of gambling, so buying is not permissible, and God knows best.
