Buying a House in Installments with Interest
A person wants to buy a house, but he does not have the full amount, so he bought the house in installments. However, it is known that there are interest charges if he buys it in installments. For example, if the price of the house is (50) thousand, it becomes (60) thousand in installments. What is the ruling on this?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to buy on installment for sale or otherwise, whether the price increases or not; because it is a valid sale with a deferred price, nothing more. And God knows best.
