Buying a Car in the Name of a Blind Person for Exemption

Question
What is the ruling on buying a car in the name of a blind person, and formally it is written in his name, while in the contract the buyer's wife and son are named as drivers for the blind person to benefit from the exemption? Is this permissible according to Sharia?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is permissible if the blind person benefits from it and it brings him advantage, and God knows best.
