If the buttocks are very small or not proportionate to the body due to body changes from repeated pregnancies and childbirth, and the procedure will also involve sculpting the abdomen and back, knowing that the woman is committed to wearing the hijab and following religious guidelines and wants to undergo the procedure based on her husband's desire and to maintain his chastity, is this action permissible?

Answer

I say, and with God's guidance: Cosmetic surgeries are permissible on the condition of: no harm, and that male doctors do not see the woman's private parts, and God knows best.
