Borrowing from the Al-Nashama Cooperative

Question
I am an employee in the government sector, and we have the Al-Nashama Cooperative, which provides us with the service to furnish our homes up to 2000 dinars. I want to furnish my house, so they told me to go to the electrical appliances store, choose the furniture, and bring price quotes for the materials. They write checks in the names of the shop owners from whom I obtained the price quotes. After that, I take the furniture and pay it off from my salary. For example, if I take 2000 dinars, they will be paid in installments over one or two years, and I will pay them 2360. Is dealing with them halal?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If they buy the furniture and sell it to you, it is permissible. However, if you buy it and deliver the invoice, it is not permissible, and God knows best.
