Bleeding After Ectopic Pregnancy

Question
A woman has been diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy (in the tubes) that has lasted for 3 months and is non-viable. Does the blood that comes out of her take the rulings of istihada (irregular bleeding) until she undergoes the procedure to remove it? And after the procedure, if she experiences bleeding, is it considered menstruation if it exceeds 3 days since it is less than 4 months? If she missed prayers thinking it was postpartum bleeding, does she have to make them up?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Any blood that comes from her while she is pregnant is considered blood of istihada, and after miscarriage, it is menstrual blood if it is less than four months, and it is postpartum blood if it is after four months. The prayers that she missed thinking she was in postpartum bleeding, while she is not, she should make them up. And God knows best.
