Betrayal of One Partner to Another

Question
Two people, let's assume fictional names for clarity, Samir and Ahmed, work in the field of general maintenance under a partnership principle. They agreed that whenever either of them takes a maintenance job, they would split the fee between them. Before Samir took a job, he told Ahmed that he took this job for (200 dinars). After a while, Ahmed learned from some people that the job was actually for (250 dinars) and not two hundred: meaning that Samir concealed (50 dinars). Does Samir have a sin for concealing the fifty dinars from Ahmed, his 'partner'? Is Samir considered to be unlawfully consuming the fifty dinars?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: This is a partnership, and the profit should be divided between them as they agreed. If one of them betrays the other, as previously mentioned about Samir, then this money is forbidden and must be returned to its owner. And God knows best.
