Every time he bathes, seeks forgiveness, and prays, but when he gets angry, he returns to uttering blasphemy. It is known that the woman is committed and there are adult sons and daughters in the house. What should she do in such a case?

Answer

I say, and with God's help: Excommunication as disbelief in God Almighty nullifies the marriage contract by consensus, and it must be renewed anew. If one adheres to the legal ruling and renews the contract and pays a new dowry to the wife, along with educating the people of knowledge and goodness, he would not return to this act.
