Atonement for Killing a Christian
My cousin had a car accident, resulting in the death of two women, one Muslim and one Christian. Does he atone by fasting two consecutive months only for the Muslim woman, or is he also required to fast two months for the Christian woman? Or can he combine the two atonements into one?

I say, and with God's help: A expiation is required for each one of them, which is two consecutive months, and God knows best.
