Applying a splint over another after wiping over it
What is the ruling for someone who wiped over the splint and then applied another one over it?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to wipe over the upper splint after removing the lower one, and one should not wipe over the lower splint after removing the upper one, unlike wiping over the socks, where one can wipe over the lower one after removing the upper one.
