An Oath by the Forbidden: I Will Not Give
A husband said to his wife: 'By the forbidden, I will not give this group anything from today onwards.' What is the ruling if in the future this group asks him and he forgets and gives them?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If it is intended as divorce, then the divorce occurs upon the fulfillment of the condition. If divorce is not intended, then it is an oath, and he must provide the expiation for the oath. And God knows best.
