I am nearly fifty years old, and my problem since marriage has been issues with my husband that have led to divorce. However, due to the interference of relatives and the pressure from my parents and their methods, I decided to give him a chance. But I can’t stand seeing him or hearing his voice due to the severe harm he has caused me psychologically and physically. Is it permissible according to Islamic law for him to return home for the sake of our children on the condition that there is no marital relationship between us, based on an agreement between him and me?
