Question
Are parents held accountable for the sins of their children when they reach maturity, considering the good upbringing they provided in their childhood and their continuous guidance such as prayer... and others, or is the burden solely on themselves?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If the sins of the children are not the result of negligence in the upbringing by the parents, then they are not sinful, especially if they are unable to prevent them from that; due to their inability to do so, and God knows best.
