I say, and with God's success: If water comes out of a tree or fruit by itself without squeezing, then it is not permissible to perform ablution or to wash with it according to the more apparent view. However, it is permissible to remove actual impurity with it; because its coming out without squeezing does not affect the negation of the condition and the validity of the negation of the name from it. This is what was preferred by the author of Al-Bahr 1: 72, Al-Haskafi in Al-Durr Al-Mukhtar 1: 121, and Al-Sharnubali in Al-Maraqi p. 65, and God knows best.
