Ablution with Tea
If I put a tea bag in hot water and did not boil it with it, does it remain pure for ablution, and does it differ if sugar is added?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If its name becomes tea and not water, it is not permissible to perform ablution with it. Likewise, if its taste, smell, or color changes, and God knows best.
