Ablution with Snow
What is the ruling for someone who performed ablution with snow and nothing dripped from it?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible, even if two drops or three drops are present; it is permissible due to the presence of flowing. Refer to: Al-Ikhtiyar 1: 12, Al-Bada'i 1: 3, Hashiyat 'Issam al-Din Q6/A, and Fath Bab al-'Inayah 1: 41, and God knows best.
