A Woman Who Became Pure at Prayer Time
In the issues of menstruation, I am confused about a matter, which is if a woman becomes pure at the time of prayer, she must delay the prayer until the end of the time and perform it. How do we reconcile this with the rule that the purity that occurs during the days of menstruation is considered menstruation?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: A woman should delay the prayer until the end of the time and pray it if it is her habit to become pure at such a time or if she does not have a habit of her blood stopping during her menstrual days. However, if she has a clear habit of her blood stopping for several hours during her menstrual days, she should not perform the ghusl (ritual washing) and pray at the end of the time.
