A Woman Paying Zakat Money to Her Husband
A woman has zakat money and wishes to give it to her husband due to his financial difficulties and lack of work. Is this permissible for her?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is not correct to give zakat to a husband from his wife; due to the connection of benefits between them. She can donate money to him as charity, and God knows best.
