I say, and with God's help: The covering of the face for a woman is contingent upon the potential for fitnah (temptation). If there is no fitnah in uncovering it, then it is permissible for her to uncover it; for sometimes the fitnah may arise from covering due to the distress that a woman may experience because of her life and her mixing with her family.
