A Woman's Waiting for the Iqamah if She Prays at Home

Question
Is it true that a woman at home must wait for the iqamah of the Fajr prayer and then pray, and that she should not pray immediately after the second adhan, except when she hears the iqamah in the mosques?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible for her to pray immediately after the time begins, and there is no need to wait for the call to prayer; because waiting for the call is for those who pray in congregation, and God knows best.
