A Woman's Relationship with Her Ex-Husband After Divorce
A woman who has been divorced through khula, and today her waiting period has ended, is it permissible for a man to enter her house to see and visit their young children, while she is fully covered?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: After the waiting period ends, she is a foreign woman to him, so it is not permissible for them to be alone together. If his entering them leads to temptation, it is not permissible; but if there is no temptation, it is permissible. And God knows best.
