Who performed ablution with snow and nothing dripped from it
What is the ruling on someone who performed ablution with snow and nothing dripped from it?
Answer
It is not permissible, but if two or three drops drip, it is permissible due to the presence of flow. See: Al-Ikhtiyar 1: 12, Al-Bada'i 1: 3, Hashiyat Isam al-Din Q6/A, and Fath Bab al-Inaya 1: 41.
