Answer
I say, and with God's success: It does not invalidate the ablution; for Aisha, may God be pleased with her, said: "I used to sleep in front of the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) with my legs towards his Qibla, and when he prostrated, he would nudge me, so I would pull my legs in, and when he stood up, I would stretch them out," in Sahih Bukhari 1: 150, and Sahih Muslim 1: 367. The nudge is the touch or pressure with the fingertips.
And Aisha, may God be pleased with her, said: "He (peace be upon him) would kiss some of his wives, then go out to pray without performing ablution." Al-Haythami said in Majma' al-Zawa'id 1: 247: It was narrated by Al-Tabarani in Al-Awsat, and in it is Said ibn Bashir, whom Shu'bah and others trusted, while Yahya and a group weakened him. And Al-Tahanawi said in I'la al-Sunan 1: 150: It was narrated by Al-Bazzar, and its chain is authentic. And from Urwah from Aisha, may God be pleased with her: "The Prophet (peace be upon him) kissed some of his wives, then went out to pray without performing ablution, and I said, 'Who is it but you?' and I laughed," in Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 1: 48, and Sunan al-Daraqutni 1: 136, and all its narrators are trustworthy, and its chain is authentic. Abu Umar ibn Abd al-Barr inclined to authenticate this hadith, and its completion is in I'la al-Sunan 1: 153. And from Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, he said: "There is no ablution in a kiss," in Sunan al-Daraqutni 1: 143, and he said: Authentic, and God knows best.
