Question
What is the ruling for an uncircumcised person if urine flows inside his foreskin?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The uncircumcised person who has not been circumcised, if urine flows inside his foreskin — that is, the skin of the penis that covers the glans, which is what is cut from the boy's penis — and does not exit from it, his ablution is invalidated; because the foreskin has the ruling of the apparent in every aspect. Refer to: Al-Tabeen 1: 14, Gharar Al-Ahkam 1: 17, Ramz Al-Haqaiq 1: 10, Sharh Al-Waqaya p. 92, and Majma Al-Anhar 1: 21, and God knows best.
